2. Passing to American or Canada's cargo, regardless of being what kind of lignin packing, we must provide the fumigation certification.
1) If the factory and the exporting harbor are not in the same city, then the fumigation must carry on the local factory.
A. request declares for examination in the local commodity inspection bureau 7-8days in advance.
B. provide box list, invoice, contract, warrant to declares for examination to the commodity inspection bureau;
C. plight time to carry on the commodity inspection with the commodity inspection bureau.
D factory must provide the place for fumigation.
E fumigation finished, ask for the fumigation certification to the commodity inspection bureau;
F pay to the commodity inspection bureau.
2) If the factory and the exporting harbor are in the same city, then the fumigation may entrust a goods generation of company to handle.
A provide box list, invoice, contract , the contract, warrant to declares for examination to the agent.
B. the agent applies to declares for examination;
C offer the fumigation of certification and other documents to the consignee;
