¡¡1£® After receiving the air transportation consignation from the shipper £¬we book the plane and get some necessary bill of document for export from the shipper. Then we will arrange truck or other vehicle to carry the freight and send it to the appointed place and check it with bill of document carefully. 2£® Apply to customs (1) All bill of document that you need to provide when you apply to customs are as follow : bisiness invoice, packing list , credit of verify and quarantine£¬ customs declaration of export freight. For some special kinds of freight ,you need to offer more imformation: propagation quarantine credit , producing area credit, cancel after verification bill of foreign exchange ,export contract and so on . (2) After the CIQ check and accept the freight and seal on the customs declaration ,we will print the air conveyance bill for you . (3) Please pin the accompanying bill of freight offered by the cnee on the back off the air conveyance bill.If the freight is concentratedly transport£¬we will print bill of concentrated transportation .Then we will put all the listing and bill of detach transportation into one envelop .At last ,the envelop will be pined on the back of the bill of conveyance. (4) Print lable of conveyance bill and stick it on every freight .If the freight is concentratedly transport,we must stick the lable of detach transportation on it . (5) Apply to customs with a printed air transportation bill and let the customs release. (6)Hand in the freight to the Airways together with all the doc that have customs release seal on it .If the Airways check the freight and find that there is no mistake ,they will sign on the exchange bill. (7) As to the concentratedly transport freight ,we will notic the overseas agent the Vessel Voyage,Description of the goods B/LNO,Mark&number,Pkgs ,Gross weight ,cenn ¡ 3. Export company at the Port link up with the inland company about export transportation (1) First, inland company should provide these imformation : Description of the goods B/LNO,Mark&number,Pkgs ,Gross weight and time request to the port company ahead.Second ,the shipper print bill of detach transportation.Third,mail the doc to the port company or hand it in with the freight . (2) The inland company transit the freight to the ordered port on time . (3) The port company have person specially assigned for receiving the inland company¡¯s freight. (4) The port company have a duty to book the plane from the Airways; noticing the inland company about the Vessel Voyage,B/l number ,general bill number .The inland company print the Vessel Voyage and B/l number on the detach transportation bill .At last ,the inland company should hand in the detach transportation bill to shipper so that they can balance exchange rate
